The Vase brought back some childhood memories. We attached string between our mother's fancy vase and a cabinet for actionman to use as a cable. The vase ended up smashed and action man lost a few fingers!
Oh wow! That sounds like a classic 'You've Been Framed' moment, for sure. If you'd caught that on tape, you could've made £250! Haha! Thanks for reading... 😎
That's wonderful to hear! I'm so glad they enjoyed them. For cats, I would imagine stories like these are almost like their version of 'Reality TV'. Haha! Thanks for reading, Jasper Kitten and Chris... 🐾😺😎😺🐾
And interestingly, they do say cats can understand up to 50 words. Which happens to be one of the most common lengths used in Flash Fiction. It's the perfect format for cats! 😎
Haha! Some of these stories do focus on their little quirks and their mischievous nature, for sure, but ultimately, it is definitely meant to be a celebration of cats. They get the last laugh in pretty much all of them... 😎
Haha! There's quite a few music stars in real life who are like that. They ask for all sorts of crazy things to be put in their rooms backstage. Thanks for reading. I'm glad you enjoyed the stories... 😎
Absolutely! They're such beautiful and special creatures. But also very mischievous, when they want to be! Haha! Thanks for reading the stories. I'm glad you enjoyed them... 😎
Thanks Rod! Yes, you're absolutely right. Even though these are all standalone stories, I used some recurring words and themes to help the experience feel more connected, and make it seem like the narratives are weaving in and out of each other. I'm glad you enjoyed them... 😎

Haha! Thanks! That is much appreciated... 😎
They're so cute. Short and sweet haha.
Thanks! I love writing little stories like these. It's always fun to see what can be done with a tiny word count... 😎
It’s tough to write them that short!! I’m really impressed.
Thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed them. Lots more little stories are on the way very soon... 😎
Cat lovers will all appreciate these.
Absolutely! It's a whole 'cat-alogue' of stories for cat lovers to enjoy. Haha! Thanks for reading... 😎
Ah, playing football in the house and wrecking ornaments. I remember that so well ⚽️ 😁
Haha! Me too. I even had a foam ball, but it didn't help much. It kept the windows safe, but not much else! Thanks for reading... ⚽😎⚽
Jasper Kitten and Chris find these stories both compelling and thematic.🐾🐾😺😺🐾🐾

Thank you, Chris! Absolutely. And for cats, the veil is thin between reality and flash fiction.:)

Not really a cat person, Chris?

Hahahaa! That last tale though. Serves them right for being such divas I’d say!! Great stuff Chris, always enjoy reading your work.
