I've been digging them for years, too. Their music is phenomenal! Like so many of the artists that grew out of the Motown era. And the guitar solo in 'Summer Breeze' is probably one of the finest ever captured on a recording... 😎
Thanks! That is much appreciated. These are always a lot of fun to work on, because I have no idea what I'll end up with next, or what way things are going to go, until I start arranging the song titles, hoping to find a story hiding amongst them. I'm glad you enjoyed it... 😎
It's a really interesting way of writing, for sure. And it's always a great bit of creative exercise. It's a bit like an actor improvising without a planned script, I suppose, and letting instinct lead the way. What grows out of it all is a surprise every time, which is fascinating to me, and it can definitely help you stumble on things you may never have found otherwise... 😎
Thanks! That is much appreciated. I'm slowly revising and reworking these stories, and building a little collection on here. And I've been adding some new ones along the way, too, because it's such a fun format to play around with. It's like hunting for treasure, I suppose, and it's always so exciting to discover a viable story hiding amongst a set of song titles. Haha... 😎
Fight the power, because it's the pride that makes you strong.
Haha! That's brilliant. Thanks for reading... 😎
No problem. I have been digging the Isleys for many years, and so I thought I could come up with one, too.

I liked the PLAYFULNESS stirred into the OMINOUS.
Thanks! That is much appreciated. I'm glad you enjoyed it... 😎

That’s interesting and I feel like the process of discovery really shows in the spontaneous effect of the writing.
