They felt it was safe,

They'd done research, but no one,

Dared to go in first...

METEOROID

Rock flying through space,

Enjoying the trip, until,

Earth got in the way...

DARK NEBULA

Swirls of cosmic dust,

Where stars are formed, and dream of,

Being wished upon...

GREYS

"It's a prank", we thought,

Surely, aliens are green?

But, the guns looked real...

ASTRONAUT

It's silent, in space,

But I could still hear her heart,

Calling out to mine...
