Thanks! I love your writing, too, and always look forward to reading it... ✍🏻 This is such a magical time of year, now we're into December. They have all the Christmas trees and lights up everywhere, and I've been buying some gifts over the last couple of days, before all the best things sell out! Haha! Hope you had a wonderful weekend, as well... 😎

Love Dark Nebula. It's the idea of the universe wishing for the stars that I find beautiful.

Thanks! That is much appreciated. I like that one a lot, too. It's always interesting to imagine what things like the universe and the stars might be feeling, and what they might be thinking about, if they are indeed capable of emotion and conscious thought, as many scientists believe... 😎

I think there must be something to it. :)

Some people like deep navel gazing troubled soul poetry that goes on and on.

This teller prefers stuff like this.

How about a series of haiku on fruit trees?

Thanks! That is much appreciated. I like shorter things, too. I'm definitely hoping to do more of these collections in the future, and have been planning some potential new themes. 'Fruits' and 'Fruit Trees' could be a very interesting one... 😎

An excellent series, Chris! Each one builds and expands on the next. These resonate well with your micro fiction and skill in building suspense.

Thanks! That is much appreciated. This little collection of Haiku was a lot of fun to put together. 17 syllables do run out incredibly fast, though! Haha! I'm glad you enjoyed them... 😎

Thanks! That is much appreciated, and I'm glad you enjoyed them. It's always tricky to settle on the best order to present things in for collections like these, so everything flows nicely, but I was hoping that would be a good one to end on. I've been having a lot of fun playing around with Haiku lately, and this little series will definitely be continuing at some point, alongside the regular Fiction. I already have some more themes planned! Haha! 😎

So excited to see what you do it. I like that there’s a theme to the order you placed them in. Makes it tougher. Your haikus tie it all together. Brilliant!
